Claim limits vary by individual policy. Every EcoCover, EliteCover, and EliteCover+ policy has its own claim limit shown on your Policy Certificate — this is the maximum payable per claim. Across the life of the policy, total claims paid cannot exceed the purchase price of your vehicle or its market value at the start of cover, whichever is lower. Cover tier does not itself set this figure — check your Policy Certificate for the exact limit and excess that applies to you.

Janssen MBI: key features (summary only, check your policy booklet)
Mechanical and electrical breakdown repairs: Sudden or unforeseen mechanical or electrical breakdown repair costs, up to your policy’s claim limit.
24/7 roadside assistance: Roadside call-outs for things like a flat battery, flat tyre, lost keys, running out of fuel and towing. Check the booklet for any limits.
Customer Care Package (check your policy): Hire car, towing to a repairer, accommodation if stranded, and help with finance repayments if repairs take a long time, up to the limits in your booklet.
Claims and complaints: See your policy booklet for how claims are assessed and which dispute resolution scheme the insurer belongs to.
Cancellation and transfer: See your policy booklet for the cooling-off period, any refund if you cancel later, and whether the policy can transfer if you sell the car.

Your rights under the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act
Insurance arranged through CarPow is optional. Before any insurance is arranged with your loan, the lender must give you a copy of the policy terms, and a lender can't impose unreasonable insurance requirements. You can cancel a consumer loan by telling the lender. You have at least 5 working days after you receive the disclosure statement, and longer if it was emailed or posted to you. If you weren't given disclosure, you can cancel at any time. Each insurance policy has its own cancellation and refund terms, so please check the policy documents.
